You’ll find many great websites for buying lapel pins. There’s Etsy, Pinmart, Pintreasures, eBay, Amazon, Ties.com, and Oota.com. They have great designs that come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Plus, Vivipins is another great website for making custom lapel pins with no minimum order quantity!
Wearing lapel pins is the latest fashion trend. Men and women of all ages use these small pieces to express their unique views and personalities. But, with hundreds of pin makers out there, which one do you choose?
Don’t worry; I’ve compiled a list of the top 7 websites where you can buy lapel pins from! You’ll get all sorts of information about them like their specialties, prices, and minimum order quantities (MOQs).
As a bonus, I’m also going to talk about how you can make money off your very own pin designs. Cool, right?
Hopefully, by the end of this post, you’ll be able to choose a maker according to your preferences and demands.
So, hang in there and let’s begin!
1. Etsy
Etsy focuses on creating magical and meaningful pins that you find elsewhere. Needless to say, they make exclusive lapel pins. On their website, you’ll see the price per pin fluctuate from $0.50 to $18.5!
Another thing to note is that their prices per pin are pretty much fixed. So, you won’t get discounts for ordering in bulk. Plus, Etsy has a maximum order limit of 700-800 pins per on most designs.
Therefore, if you need around 1000+ lapel pins, you’ll need to find another maker.
Request a Quote2. Pinmart
As a BBB accredited firm, Pinmart is one of the reputed lapel pin makers around. They make all sorts of custom pins as per customer specifications. But, their bulk pricing is not mentioned on the website. You’ll only find tags such as ‘as low as $0.71’ on each design page.
One thing they do promise (on some lapel pin designs) is a production lead time of 5 days. Since they are based in the US; I am assuming they can turn things around quickly for local customers.
Request a Quote3. Pintreasures
Pintreasures is a reliable option for ordering lapel pins in bulk. Their website says that they have over 10000 stocked lapel pins for sale. With a simple user interface, you can easily browse through their extensive design catalogue.
Plus, they have no minimum order quantity (MOQ) so you can order any amount you like. The lapel pins, however, are a bit pricier than I expected. The cheapest pin I found had a price tag of $2.99 per pin with no discounts on bulk orders.
Request a Quote4. eBay
We all know about the e-commerce giant known as
eBay. Just like other items, they have an extensive collection of lapel pins. They enlist many pin makers which gives you the flexibility to choose the one you need.
As for pricing, there are lapel pins which cost less than $1 with free shipping and eBay’s money-back guarantee. The pin makers, however, don’t take returns and ships lapel pins within 15 days of payment.
Request a Quote5. Amazon
Amazon is another mega e-commerce hub for many items, including lapel pins. They also host many pin makers for you to choose from. However, I found the prices to be a bit astonishing.
The cheapest lapel pin I found was $0.99 for any amount you order. But, it had a hefty shipping fee of $50! With most other websites offering free shipping, this came as a big surprise to me.
Request a Quote6. Ties.com
Ties.com is all about high-end, expensive lapel pins that will upgrade your suit, according to the website banner. These are perfect for formal events like balls, galas and charity dinners.
As for pricing, the cheapest pin on the website is $12 (apart from their own themed pin which costs $5), while the costliest one is $20.
Their designs consist of classy floral patterns and designs that portray a sense of elegance. Also, Ties.com has free shipping and returns (only inside the US).
Request a Quote7. Oota.com
Oota.com is another carbon copy of Ties.com selling high-end, pricey lapel pins. Shop here for those elegant events you want to attend.
The cheapest pin on the website is $12, while the costliest one is $35. Oota.com has a lot of exotic designs on their lapel pins like that of foxes and horses.
Their shipping is free if you cross a certain threshold. For instance, you need to spend over $150 to get free shipping within 2-4 business days in the US. The amount is higher for overseas locations.
